Company culture and campus buildings very nice employee engagement work is nice project ls good to average

Salary increments promotions and variable payouts very bad they are looting employees very bad which needs action asap

Company provides you to stay in guest house for a week when you relocate for the first time.

... they will say previous year only they provided and going forward they will see. My own money is deducted from my salary in the name of performance bonus and later one while providing variable pay they provide very less percentage and give excuses like company did not do well Till now rarely I have done lunch on time lunch timing has shifted to 4:30 as normal time Nowadays they are pushing employees to work for 9hours from office and also push to working on weekends as well

Salary is absolutely pathetic and there is no way you can grow here if you are hardworking and deliver everytime. Your responsibility will increase but your salary will never be normalised even you work exceptionally well. If you are ambitious this place is not for you for sure.

1. Multiple food court options 2. Dormitory 3. To some extent colleagues 4. Transport facilities 5. Flexible working hours

Dislikes

1. They charge you parking fees even though its in their campus 2. Poor salary compared to peers 3. Poor increment 4. No work life balance 5. No skill development 6. Micromanagement

1. Hybrid Work Culture 2. High salary in the WITCH Companies 3. Better Consultanting Roles if your okay with 9-9 timings 4. You can work any where in india infosys office if your project is acceptable 5. Job security is stable.

Dislikes

1. Deadline 2. Poor leadership and Managers 3. No proper learning tool (Lex is useless tool) it should have access for udemy, better platforms 4. Non aligned skillset. Ex:- if your role is Java developer but they have projects related data engineer you need to take up.
