... in life that I joined this worst company so plz plz don’t joint this company. These people unnecessary deduct the salary of the ground level staff. 5. And don’t know this company 5000 are deducted from your salary 2 month in the name of security amount and they don’t even give any other assets, and your security amount next gets this amount again.

Every part in this company is fabulous, specially the senior management , they talk very politely to each employee and discuss the challenges they are facing whether its in field or in office. work culture is good with positive vibes.

All are helpful and there's a growth; once you join the organization : as per your hard/smart work and dedication towards the work, your reporting person help you to grow and there are many examples in the organization to prove the same.

Good media exposure attracts outside professionals. Good place If you do drugs at the office.

A major problem in the tech department is the lack of collaboration among team members. They seem more focused on promoting themselves rather than working together to accomplish shared objectives. This not only reduces productivity but also creates an environment of distrust and competition. The leadership in Zypp Electric's tech department is inadequate. Clear direction and goals are lacking too much, and managers fail to show a clear vision to their teams. It often appears that they are disengaged or unaware of the challenges faced by their employees. Managers often fail to provide specific feedback and instead send warning emails, leaving employees feeling set up to fail. The most important CEO is a jerk person, he doesn't know how to treat his employees. Only hire and fire Managers according to their mood and lack of vision.

As per the my expectation i am getting all the facilities and benefits. I also suggest my organization name to my collogues and about work environment.
