Culture is the highlight - I believe Zyla is a great combination of performance culture + people centricity. I enjoy working here, love my team and believe we are creating impact every day. Dislikes

I dislike everything about ZYLA. Starting from the founder, she is a bad who does not respect personal space of any individual and micro-micro manages everyone. there is a reason every month people are leaving the company because they see how dark her soul is. She is a bad manager the worst one I have seen.

I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
