1) Job insecurity/ Extreme work Pressure. 2) No control on business hygiene as far as product price in open market. 3) Pathetic/Toxic/Scary Work Culture. 4) Always finger point on others. I highly recommend to not join Zydus Wellness. They are making mockery of employee.

Management has not clear understanding aboout market working policy for food service division. Their strategy is from GT point of view which doesn't work in food service division.

Only salary part is good part who can negotiate here. This company is good for Sales officer only.

One man show is here . No power to even Branch head for single exception approval. Full Autocratic culture.

1. Compensation : Undoubtedly the best in this industry. All payments come on time including variable and travel re-imbursement. 2. Pressure : Number pressure is high during summer when Glucose is there. During non-season, there will pressure in non-seasonal brands to push. 3. System: The company is moving towards secondary and market visibility activities. 4. DSR: Need to train and push them towards monthly execution and drive them to achieve incentives. Salaries of DSRs is also at par with the industry. 5. HR : East HR Aishwar sir is also a great human being and very supporting. He will give all support to train but you need to get things done. Overall, this is a nice company only when you are aligned with the company goals and it a success story for the company and your distributors.

The transition from primary to secondary has taken a bit of time. This change is very new to DSRs who are old in the system and as a SO you need to make field DSRs realise that company is moving forward and they also need to catch up with the fast change. Need to upgrade them and train them accordingly.

Everything is bad no proper salary from 3 months, if we ask they will say your productive call not done.. But i will do 150% pc. Bakwaas don't do job here it's fake for DSR employees. They don't give salary... Only incentive u will get that also 2k to 4k that's it... And we have to work 9am to 9pm...
