Management has not clear understanding aboout market working policy for food service division. Their strategy is from GT point of view which doesn't work in food service division.

1. Compensation : Undoubtedly the best in this industry. All payments come on time including variable and travel re-imbursement. 2. Pressure : Number pressure is high during summer when Glucose is there. During non-season, there will pressure in non-seasonal brands to push. 3. System: The company is moving towards secondary and market visibility activities. 4. DSR: Need to train and push them towards monthly execution and drive them to achieve incentives. Salaries of DSRs is also at par with the industry. 5. HR : East HR Aishwar sir is also a great human being and very supporting. He will give all support to train but you need to get things done. Overall, this is a nice company only when you are aligned with the company goals and it a success story for the company and your distributors.

Dislikes

The transition from primary to secondary has taken a bit of time. This change is very new to DSRs who are old in the system and as a SO you need to make field DSRs realise that company is moving forward and they also need to catch up with the fast change. Need to upgrade them and train them accordingly.

You will be offered with high salary but the day u accept the offer letter is the day you mortgage your life. Expect messages from 7:00 AM. Concall from 8;00 AM. May long for hours. 1000 things to be done in a single day. No one need to know about any of your difficulties or situations. Don't plan to have a marriage or family days. For marriage maximum u will get 2 or 3 days leave with irritating messages and calls from the boss. Leave days are horrible that the line manager never alllows to live in peace. Calls can be expected till 12 night. There is no life only work. Brotherly advice dont opt please.

Company is no less from any MNC but job security is there as long as you perform well. Leader in all brands they have...market reputation is there

...in market, immense pressure is there no matter what is the current situation ...under cutting is too high...distributor servival is very difficult...completion of kpi's has become very tough due to under cutting...even if you perform good then also your growth is not guaranteed...if you are good at flattering then even failed employee gets promoted. All are managers, no one is leader.
