I like how supportive management is when it comes to teaching everything to apprentices. And most of the people are cooperative.

Dislikes

Being a woman I don't like the fact that they don't have more opportunities for female employees.

1.Global Takeda policies are Good. 2.Company food is Good. 3.Annual Day Celebration. 4.Dont accept contractual terms and conditions i.e. fixed term employment if you have permanent job in other company and you wish to join Zydus Takeda as your career growth.

Dislikes

1.There is no supportive environment for your career growth as a knowledge perspective. 2.Global policies are not implemented at ground level. 3.Employees have no platform for sharing their problems. 4.Work politics in QA department, Managers and QA HOD is responsible for this bad culture. 5.There is no effective training imparted to new joinee from departmental seniors and Managers. 6.There is no speak culture in Zydus Takeda. 7.Fear of retaliation. 8.HR hold experience and relieving letter after recovery of notice period days amount if employee wish to leave the company earlier for their personal genuine reasons. 9.Poor HR Management and poor HR policies.

Ok so this review is not for entire company profile but for only apprentice position virtual interview or face to face

if you are planning for higher study than apprentice is not consider as experience one should know this so choose wisely

No compromise on quality and compliance. Organization driven by values.

Dislikes

As it is a 100% EOU, it is as good as a CMO. Little to no scope for creativity, realising new/innovative ideas, dependency on parent organization i.e. Takeda.

Likes

Few of the seniors are the best in quality control department. Manager is way ahead supportive when comes to education for self growth. facilities provided are at the best place. Overall experience is Best.

Dislikes

Too much of politics within the organization. Women safety is zero in this organization. females stay alert and kickass ready.
