...imbursement is not given if you visit any location of company within ahmedabad..for outside location also they will make you cry to pay your reimbursement 9. onboarding is worst you can ever have...u have to run urself for email setup,laptop bag, microsoft office setup.

I am employed at ahmedabad plant Moriya Good people 👍 supportive some people is mad but it can be ignored.

... is to big. the slogan the dedicated to life is only who get the medicine only. Not for employee 😞basic sallery basic ot pay.food is ok as per price I am very sad because I can't leave the job because of money diwali bonus cut from our side and also bond we should atleast complete 3 years ridiculous. And if we want to leave we have to serve notice period the Just want employee not to quit toxic job no mobile on duty 👎 no Fashion for our self have to cut hairs clean shave. 12hours culture.also sometimes we have to come at sunday rotation shift killed my sleep shedule. I am to stressed in just 4 month of joining if someone from zydus ceo listening please take care your lowest employee health also not just profit. Dusro ki life kharab kar ke paise kamne valo ko Swarg nasib nai hota. And also my ctc is 2,20,000 per year so per month should 18k somthing but in real I am just getting 13,261₹ if we are I'll and we take holiday also money cut what we can provide our families in just 10,000₹ ? In 2025 were hospital and medical bills are to much this tax gst? How middle class person feed his family? I am so frustrated by the this mnc company.only name is good zydus if I tell I am working on zydus than my relatives congratulations me working in good mnc company but only truth we know how I am working. Sad. I am so depressed that I want to talk about this but I can't able to. So that's why I am killing my frustrations on the review box please help me god 🙏 it's my bad karma out here. I am apologies if anyone got hurt by me..

...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

This oncology pharmez plant balva very rude behaviour staff I m not interested in this plant job advise others recommend and packing hr not good behaviour very rude behaviour to me .. and your expectations not full filled this company and company basic facilities like child drinking water not available in cantin area electric prob like ac on off system very slow your carrear growth very hard in this company not good for you ya you are interested in High salary and benefits so confidently you are got this job. Thank you.

They good salary ammont for you but you are frustrated this company and work load more and more and not properly you are growths. Manager don't your mistake 😔❌ with agree and he says quickly say resignation this job you are not capable this job and you are make mistakes and not working and chance one to by you your hr but he was saying good bye and resign this job .. like very bad behaviour.
