Everything is ok but salary is low with incriminate. After incremental resain retio go to up all dept, basically Qc and engineering department hired.

Company medical policy need to enhanced upto 2+ lakh, need to extra bonus from employer side only, need to some canteen facility in various foods & snacks

The culture is very good. Company policies are also good. All seniors & juniors are supportive.

Policy for recruitment is non comparable. New employee promoted instead of current employee & also salary non comparable.

Work culture and work life balance is good. No unnecessary shouting from managers. You'll get chance of multiskilling.

You'll feel frustration with work and general system with which the company works. Moreover, you may face partiality in salary increments/promotions if you're non-Gujarati

All PPE provided by company. Alternatively work shift allocated to staff so social distance can be maintained in bus and other common facilities at company. Also movable assets provided to employees who can do WFH. Company is having it’s own OHC and ambulance to respond any emergencies. Special provisions made in buses and workplaces so social distance can maintained.

Dislikes

The organisation is so generous as they also hire back the persons within six months only, with increased salary if there is vacant positions and persons want to come back. Many employees have taken benefits of company’s generosity.
