Overall company atmosphere is excellent. Mr Sanjay Gupta ji who is head of Total organization of MKS Group he is very positive thinker and supporting for all the employees. Mr Kundan Sir who looks Biochem marketing as a GM he is also very good person and support on all levels.

The company work culture specialy the HR policies. After resign they use to do harassment and threating to take legal action. The three year bond policy is worst. They do not leave any chance to trouble the employe once you resign.

There is a lot of politics and not good management of work. Doesn't matter Bond issue for me. Not properly given training to me at joining times.. I was begging to every trainers. I am very good is moleculer biology but still they are not higher me for that particular department. They also selected me for this particular techniques. But still they are not doing my qualification in that particular category. We don't have analyst for that particular categories. In this situations they called to CQA STAFF from head office. So what's meaning of our quality. I am giving you openly challange that I am capable for this category and I have strong ability to that things. You can see also my resume. I have also one research paper. But no one here to know that how to utilize staff. No more words to tell you. Thank you so much again.. So many employees are also suffering from this. Also I have noticed that excellent analyst moving from Zydus.. Superior not behaving good with me. Also she talking with arrogance. It's mentaly disturbing me a lot.
