Company takes care of employees in outstanding ways. EPF excellent benefit as basic salary component is higher. No limit on gratuity. HR department is powerful and prevents departmentmental bias if any. Good spending on various activities for employees and their families. Energetic and professional leadership of Guha sir. Job security is awesome, if we gers confirmed.

Controllable politics in few departments. There is always scope for improvement for any company

...only ...other locations might be good...but here in pune Culture is not good ...salary scams with freshers and also slow increments fir seniors too. no learnings and upper level people trying to satisfy their ego only.

Disapprove of GM in Digital Marketing team. Having no knowledge of marketing and advertising, has no clue what goes on the team, never supported team or shown any leadership skills. Always plays game while meetings.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
