...y and it's chages accordingly during critical or emergency situation like Covid. Company laidoff employees without notice and provides no compensation. It considers as if engineers are professional labourers, needed when work is there and laidoff immediately without any thinking when no work instead trying for new projects or clients. It might be the best option for freshers to work there. Since, it provides training to fill thier gaps & considers them as part of Development team even without any domain or product knowledge & experience where it is mandate which troublesome to organisation.

Training is good for Freshers ,no job security , salary is too low as compared to other organisations , appraisal don't expect ,work environment really bad just like institute, in end you will be jack of all master of none.

3 years bond and they keep documents as security deposit By this they play like anything with employees and bond breakage is 4lakhs.

... growth, like illusion. No transport or canteen. Just do your work and get lost. You may have to pay 3 months salary while leaving. No job security.

My overall experience is pretty great with Zuti Engineering Solutions. It is a great place for working with good work life balance, great exposure to learning and great support from the team. I was deployed at Mahindra and Mahindra NVH Team and got learn FE Modelling, FE Analysis like SOL 101,103,108 and 111. Started my carrier here in Zuti Engineering Solutions was one of the best decision of my life.

Dislikes

Zuti Engineering Solutions has a productive environment and good culture they always motivate emplyoes. One thing I think can improve is salary hikes, which are good compare to market sandards but a little of variable hike can also be mentioned to get encouragement.

No Transportation. No work from home/ Hybrid work culture. Irresponsible behaviour from HR & Admin department. No compensation provided for employee even if organization not goes well, even after better performance of employee. False assurance from management. No structured appraisal policy. Internal politics.
