Nothing can be appreciate as i have never seen such arrogant seniors, no sop, no proper process notes, no structure, no proper hands on training or KT session

Dislikes

Seniors doesn’t care what exactly happening in back end, managers taking credit for the work done by others, Hiring process is pathetic they hire you for different role and once you joined forced you to do another role with no past relation or knowledge also they don’t provide proper KT sessions, Pathetic experience so far, Office timing is 9:30 to 6:30 still manager want you to seat till 9-10 pm just to show that he’s team is working hard

Likes

Change that is happening currently after arrival of new CEO and after entry of Zurich. Company is becoming more customer centric and hope voice raised by bottom line will be heard and addressed.

Dislikes

No SOP, No structure, worst IT department, no inter department co-ordination, terrible system, no transperancy in appraisals, egoistic people, due to weak IT system have to work extra hours, no work life balance

The things which I liked most is job security only nothing else

Dislikes

Not giving sufficient WeekOffs to employees along with Personal leave they are not giving and the work culture needs to bee update, if they are not giving Travel facilities then at least they should give travel allowance
