There is zero job security. People can be let go overnight without any reason. The HR makes fake promises of good culture but doesn't actually do anything. They lie while extending the offer. There is so much politics.

The product is impressive and great opportunity for learning if self worth and respect are not prioritized.

Dislikes

If you have a good relationship with manager, you're more likely to see growth otherwise you might feel undervalued. Manager target employees, nitpick their work and make them feel inadequate which can take a toll on mental health. Many employees have left the team because of this reason. TLs lack managerial skills and dont know how to treat their team members properly, often treating them like daily wage employees. They use harsh words making you feel that you are working in a toxic environment.

Zuper is the one of top 30 companies listed in Forbes. My work-life @ Zuper is Superb. Flexible work culture is a major advantage. The health benefits given by Zuper are so amazing and it covers our dependants. Regular team dinner/ lunch and team outings make everyone working to refresh and maintain a good relaxed state.
