Nothing is likeable there no support from seniors and terrible work-life balance and on other hand seniors don't care about the team. Seniors take leave whenever they like but make pressure to us ..not to apply for any leave.

Dislikes

...like wheather working environment.. management response...poor administration... worst about it is they give salary of one person and work of a team.

Permanet work from home superb pay package best in industry decent tech stack for working on new stuff some senior folks are really worth working with

disorganized place specially my department they change your task in between managers are unsure why they exist and what value they add they call late evening and nights to prove their exsistence most managers are not from tech background so usualy project maangers , scrum masters , product guys from non tech background usual like service company . Not a tech / startup / engeineering org .you can justify 4 hour work for 40 hours if you spin a story on loud tone.

Hr should listen candidates voice when they are hiring. In terms of salary nagosatiton and about designation. They should consider asper candidates experience as well as market practice.

The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

There is no role upgrade /promotion for the hard work I did in these 4 years( joined in 2020). Joined in a lower grade even though I have more years of experience. When I will get my promotion as per my experience?

I am scrum master They don't have too It's like fish market They have project manager , program manager , product manager ,engineering manager , scrum master , cxo all working on same project. Bad part was honesty was not likes hence I quit. As scrum master my job is to align business and technology however I was ask to do negative things. So I quit. Decide for yourself.
