Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low but work is too high.

Pay will be satisfying.Work pressure is decent. Benefits are good. No strict leave policies. If you are skilled then they will believe in you and handover responsibility irrespective of age,qualification and experience criteria.This will work as a career level boost for even diploma people. Engineering graduate will have little high work load . Any new phase will provide opportunity for the worthy B.E graduate.

... other don't. Top management will be chinese . So they don't value indian views.Salary date is 7th of each month. On rolling of employee will be delayed up to 2 years. HRD is worst and they don't give required documents.The HR-employee relationship is worst.

No job security and non support for safety Coplaince and any issue is happens they just pull the incident on safety officer and some amount deduction from the salary.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
