...friendly organisation. We all work as a bunch of family coordinating each other. Very professional when it's comes to salary, leaves, appraisal. Our Manager never treat us as employee, he is our mentor , a very good and professional friend. Overall excellent firm to work with.

Dislikes

I don't find any dislike factor, but the erge of learning new thing to carve my professional carrier is missing. Also in my opinion the employee must be asked about the change of place before shifting him to new one.

Work from home policy. Global clients and hence the exposure

No process for appraisals and performance evaluation. No support from Senior Management. Team members are asked to deliver without appropriate resources.

I'm lucky to be a part of Ztek. It hardly matters if it's a lockdown or a regular time, my organization has always supported me. When it comes to work, I've learnt & grown here as never before. And for life balance, we have celebrated festivals too. When there was a major hit to the job market, my organization didn't let me down, they encouraged me with new training and courses. "Love your job, not your company" it fails here.

the vp of the company is a very supportive person but the HR i cant say that for him with all the un needed changes and policy that the HR brought in the company sufferer with majority of the employees trying to leave the company

the unreasonable policy made by the HR and the untimely payments.

Likes

From the moment, government started taking precautions regarding Covid-19, our company worked on our safety and security and we have been allowed to work from home. Also the management has provided us with all the infrastructure and facilities.
