As a company, it’s doing pretty good and pays competitively. As like any other place, your work life depends on the team and manager/leadership you’re in. Luckily, my team was good and a good manager/leader so it was positive for us.

Dislikes

The pay raise is not so great and favouritism works here, the growth opportunity is not the same in every team and majority of the company runs on politics. there were many silent layoffs in 2024

Great learning curve, amazing tech stack to explore, high agency team mates and manager. Great feedback culture

Ambiguous goals, no clarity of variable pay, India benefits are very limited as compared to global.

Work life balance Although managers are good, they assign all the micro management task to other folks who manage the case queue and there is a crazy level of micromanagement by these queue managers. Its for TAC

Terrible company , never ever think about working there.Management dont want you to grow.They only deserve people from tier 3-4 colleges.

Very bad experience with the management .Expect you to work for no hike at all.Wont even listen to anything you say.
