...ike Babuji ordered from next day lunch time will be reduced from 1hr to 30min. similarly they introduced for every employee 25% of the salary will be kept as retention bonou. And no can opose it.

In Covid they are not supporting their employees they are deducting upto 75% salary.

Management is worst. HR is also worst. No policies, no perks, no job security, worst working culture. CEO and Director of zoxima are fake folks.

Management is poor. No Appraisal. No variables. HR department having misleading behaviour and not supportive towards their employees for any query regarding salary appraisals issue. Most of the skilled and professional employees have left the company. Now they don't have any skilled employees, all of them are new joinee.

Fundamental understanding over business and deliverables over time requirements. Full stack opportunity. Disbalanced managerial role, direct imposement no implementation over hierarchical planning and plotting.
