Lots of politics, not lookout towards employees benifits, no fixed salary date, no work schedule , some of the people are busy in building their own team within the company only for own selfish agendas.

Unqualified person's are sitting on top. You can tell , it's a mini version of appolo pharmacy, In Zota , you are invited, only if you work in appolo for non pharmacist. Management are not professional, accept CEO sir.

Nothing, kabhi bhi employee ko nikal deti hai wo bhi Bina koi galti ke or Bina koi reason ke jab tak unko jarurat raheti he tab tak rakhegi or fir khud nahi nikalenge hamare pas pressure dal ke 6odvate hai resine hamare pas rakhvate hai

I worked for more than 36 months and was happy satisfied but due to some people great ideas and there was nobody was there to listen to me. So finally I left. Sorry sir.
