Not much now. Most good people have left or are planning to.

Dislikes

...many projects they had expected. They just laid off people in the unethical way. Previously it was good with good pay and decent work life balance but now beware. It's better to work for another company where management has spine to say if they are not doing well rather than blaming employees for performance.

Likes

The work environment is dynamic and friendly. You will learn a lot in the initial phase. Volunteering for activities helps you pick up more skills.

Dislikes

... it is constant and whole. Expectations are high but it is not rewarded equally. Pay is mediocre. The harder you work the more you are loaded with work because management does not distribute load properly and is focused on useless and unnecessary details. Claims to be growth oriented but has been struggling with attrition because of these reasons. Upper level management needs to solve a lot of issues like this but keep talking about exponential growth without looking internally.

The company has a flat hierarchy and is very flexible in the timings. I am part of a team that builds new products, adopt and explore new tools & technologies, challenging ourselves to solve complex problems. Being a startup, it allows us to grow steadily and enables us to take decisions for the work we do. There are days when we just come to play in office and that says about the kind of flexibility we can get when there is no work or you want to avoid it (not for long though!)

Dislikes

Compensation is just average. At times the work can get boring, but not for a longer period. Diversity is not that great in the tech team.

This company has a flexible work culture which provides ample opportunities to step up and contribute to the growth of the organisation.

This company has a terrible work distribution where you don't get any work life balance and no proper compensation
