I enjoy working with Zoom Insurance because it allows me to learn about insurance in general and in my department specifically. A year ago, I was a fresh graduate without any experience in corporate life. I am grateful to everyone who has helped me learn new things. I have been assigned new tasks that I have completed and where my learning has been involved. The Insurance Association Programme has also given me some in-depth knowledge about insurance. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience with Zoom Insurance and hope to continue learning more as an HR department member.

there is nothing about the organization that I detest because management consistently makes decisions that are beneficial to everyone.

Only good thing is Mr. CMD and group has very good potential to be a good company.

The company has a very good political turf wherein people shine their political armour and if other word, this company is real life big boss where some senior management persons come to office just to play politics and not to work.

The company has Personal and work life balance. The CEO of the company is a genuine and helpful person. He understands your problems and work according to your requirements. Appraisals and job security is amazing.

Dislikes

What is don't like is there is no flexi timing available here. Even if you come to office before log in time then also you have to leave office by 6 30 pm
