... i worked there as an trainee Human Resource my compensation was least 12k p.m. that to i have not received they don't pay anything. it been over 9 months and there is no response from the organization. there is nothing to learn and grow its just a shell company and i think the management is making their money white. you just go to this place and get stuck in office politics.

Its full off politics involvement in personal life .. no salary on time ever company doesnt have funds no management no HR policies , cases of harassments salary always on top and no action taken ever , ceo n directors are most insecured people n looks after employees personal lives.. terrible politics , in past few month more than 15 people resigned

Best thing in zoom air is this company provides stipend to freshers and best place for learn the things. Here seniors are more supportive they teach very well.

I have no any reason to dislike the zoom air. Bcuz in every place there is good or bad things both that u have manage this.

Excess of anything is never good. Too many leaderships often spoil the project. Thats what happening with Zooom Air. Too often change of Management is having a very bad impact and the airline has not taken off in 6 years.

Dislikes

Poor Management. The promoter is never interested in making the flying happen. Very high attrition. No exit formalities or Full & Final Payment is there in Zooom Air.
