Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Only few teammates expect that junior graphic designer who tries to bully every new employee that comes to this organisation. With one year of corporate experience sitting from home you should see her attitude 😂. She thinks she cracked corporate.

I can write a essay on it how my life went with this company. I have seen 10 years of corporate drama in 6 month’s within this company Zonopact ( Parental company of LSET, ASET, GenieOweb, and more and more). If you think you should join this company you should submit yourself and accept that you are going for mental torture and emotional break down every week. The CEO (he do not know how to do business and call himself CEO fyi) is soooo unethical person, not only with me but the person who was bring business to one and only business which was generating money he fired her just for his ego that she denied to bring sale as he is expecting and honestly that figure was not possible for anymore to bring with his product which are all created by ChatGPT. The only thing that happed good with me was when I got fired I actually understood in how much unrealistic stress I was with them.
