Favoritism, caste politics, there are no consequences for bad behaviour, lack of professionalism and gossip is encouraged. It is extremely demoralizing to see incompetent people who are impolite being pampered over those who work sincerely for the company.

Likes

The company offers various benefits, such as a yearly bonus of approximately 200-300% of your monthly CTC. You can get free food round the clock, and the flexibility would depend on the company's internal team.

Dislikes

Won't have flexible work hours for a support role and am bound to work within your timings. Hard to avail of off on some days whether you have your CL/SL. The skills and learning set becomes saturated after a certain period. On top of the cons, you can enjoy the pros, and the cons differ from the company's internal team.

There are lot of opportunity for you to work upon, very friendly colleagues and machines and tools are always available. Campus is good.

... feedback about our manager or upper management in any way at a regular basis. There is no salary transparency No payment parity, if you are hired for less amount you’ll be stuck in that forever. If your product is not something that generates much revenue, you’ll be low salary band forever. Hike percentages is based on your product revenue generating rate, even if your product was especially created to be free.
