Zoho has the best pay and skill development. You can learn a lot there. They take employee satisfaction very seriously and you get a lot of benefits.

Work life balance was very poor in the team i worked and at the time of my resignation they were taking necessary step to rectify it.

Salary less than industry standard. Old technology used. Every framework is internally built, so it won't have any resume value Managers are given god power. If you get bad manager, you are going to regret for joining Zoho Stagnant growth after 2-3 years unless you do team switching Too many people blindly follow the CEO

WorkPlace that every engineer love for. Coming to job security and compensation it was good. Employee friendly company.

Learning and implementing our knowledge is less compared to other companies where it sticking to work and learning new technologies not seen any particularly.

Work culture. The ambiance is great. It is a really good company that respects and values employees' satisfaction. You can DM the CEO. I don't know of other companies that do that. Work life balance is great. Depends on team, but is good in general. Job security is way better than competition.

Dislikes

...lot, but you get more time to spend on learning due to better work life balance. Salary and appraisals start to deteriorate after the first few years.
