True Colour of Zocket - Part 1: Unveiling the Pain Behind the Paycheck My experience at Zocket has been extremely challenging and disappointing. The work environment is highly toxic, with a lack of professionalism and respect for employees. Job security is virtually non-existent, and there is a significant amount of office politics and favoritism, which creates an unfair and demotivating atmosphere. One of the biggest issues is the complete disregard for work-life balance. Employees are frequently contacted after working hours, and there is no respect for personal time. This has led to increased stress and burnout among team members. Additionally, there is no emphasis on skill development or career growth, which makes it difficult to see a future here. The behavior of some higher officials is unprofessional and unacceptable. The use of derogatory language and disrespectful remarks creates a hostile work environment. There is a clear lack of leadership and professionalism at all levels, which has a negative impact on employee morale and productivity. Overall, I would not recommend working at Zocket to anyone who values respect, professionalism, or a healthy work-life balance. Work culture is the worst part here. They will terminate you for their personal reasons instead of proffessional reasons. A single person can take decision and terminate you. You have to be like a slave. Dint join this company.

I have been working at Zocket over a year now and I can honestly say that Zocket is one of the best places to work. The work life balance is excellent and the work culture is supportive and collaborative. The work life balance is something that I really appreciate. I have flexible working hours and I have never felt stressed or overworked. The management is understanding and respectful of my personal needs and preferences. The work culture is another aspect that makes me love working here. The company has a clear vision and mission with everyone working toward a common goal. We have lot of fun together and celebrate our achievements/milestones. Would highly recommend working at Zocket to anyone who is looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career. A great place to learn and grow.

Great atmosphere for work and life balance. They give scope for sales people to perform but at the same very competitive. It's not a place for people to chill; I was asked to perform from week 1 which was challenging but learnt a lot and started doing well. Senior people are very friendly. All teams friendly

Everything. Not a organisation it's a lala company without any future goal and customer satisfaction. They believe in one time dealing because after taking payment they didn't deliver anything to customer. Wrost office politics and manager thinks that they are prime minister of india.please someone help him to woke up and face the reality they are just bada naukar of this organisation so don't do politics with hardworking employees.
