The coworkers are talented and friendly.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

There are no salary hikes, flat organisation means no promotions either. Terrible management. Management takes active steps to fight against employee satisfaction. Outdated tech stack with no learning of any product development. They ban youtube so no tutorials you can refer to. Delusional company that thinks it's maang level but compares itself to Infosys whenever any talk about facilities comes into play

Benefits are too good. We people who stay till 3:00AM are getting travel allowance 900rs which you never get anywhere and shift allowance as well apart from salary.
