Everything, Everyone takes you for granted. Every work is last minute which not affects individual growth but also affects the quality of work which leads to zero upskill. They’ll make you do stuff which doesn’t even fit into the job profile which leads to exploitation of the employees.

Dislikes

Doesnt care about employee health or personal issues. No perks or appreciation, whole year they tell you have good performance for good appraisal. When the appraisal day comes the will say we dont have budget and we are laying off employees .Poor management and work load is not divided properly, no training and explanation of business model but expects you to work from day one.

Since, i am very very fond of startups, therefore this place really suits me up and working environment is quite is good. Here, I am free to explore new avenues and take new initiatives and guidance & support from the management really is appreciable.

Employee are good to work with. Expect from one or two guys with too much attitude.

Dislikes

No appraisal. No appreciation. Dont have clear understanding of what they are doing. Need changes in whole design of project in 2 days. No lunch break in wfh. You should be available 24/7 whenever they need. At time of appraisal they will fire you. So no job security.
