Worst Experience in this Company , They Hire and Give Lay off when they can’t run the projects . The Management is Terrible they never Appreciate the Employees efforts and always works with there ego and Mood Swings , Also as a Customer Experience of mine is also Terrible , They don’t work in customer satisfaction in the services , they always leave the Customer Suffering Not Recommended to look a Good and Stable career in it !

They try to maintain a good work-life balance. Office timing is flexible considering the night operation.

Dislikes

1. Stability, Job security 2. The business model isn't that great, there are multiple loopholes 3. Operational efficiency and lack of ground knowledge, and agility.

Everything was great in the starting till the end of the internship.

Dislikes

The main dislike is the communication which is very bad after the internship ends. If you don't have the money or you don't need a full time resource then why you hire 4 interns at the same time. You just give them a false hope. They are ready to give me the offer for the full time role when i asked them in the starting. But I don't know what happened internally, they are not able to give any full- time role even they are happy with my work. They ignored me for two weeks after the internship. I have tried to connect with them for two weeks but don't got any response. But after two weeks they said we can't give you a full time role as of now due to some internal reasons.
