The company is working on new and adoptive Technology. As it has global clients so interaction with clients increases confidence while communicating. Colleagues' nature is very friendly.

Dislikes

The salary is decent but not up to the mark. Growth is also slow. The management process is not good. Also, there is no specific training for fresher, punction senior folks like me have to guide them in every step.

Salary structure should have more tax saving options. Insurance coverage for employees and their families is less.
