...ey useing contract base employees like bull's not thinking about their future. All permanent basis employees are lazy, just making hot the chair and taking salary and always keeping all self work on the shoulders of contract base staff. Salary system is wrong, because some BAMS doctor's who has working in contract base staff in ZP satara as CHO They are taking 25000 salary after doing 1 month hard work and some uneducated person's who has working on permanent basis as MPW they are taking 45000 salary, that is the clear indicate madness of management. That's only the reason why our government health system is not developing properly after paying lots of expenses on government health system. First they want to judge the peoples on their educational basis and their capabilities, not on their reference, recommendation and nepotism. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
