Behaviour is good to all employees and salary given time to time with bonus

Salary grouth is very low and fse timing is not fixed to work some time 10 hours sone time 6 hours it balance time for fse

Only like is working sites u have time to learn and read

Higher officials doesn't support staffs and doesn't fulfill staffs requirements like joining letter , experience letter, pay slips , increment etc..u have to face lot of problems in client side but they don't support you. Still now I didn't get my papers and increment etc. There is nothing to learn here if you want career growth please don't join here. If you ask any questions high officials will take revenge you.

I really got a bad time out here. There is no point of career growth & opportunities here. There is no work satisfaction here as the name and fame goes only to top level persons in the organization. I could not able to develop my skill set as well. My criteria is limited in this organization.

Dislikes

Compensation is terrible here and no growth is possible here. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value any individual as they support only to the management. We never and ever received appreciation from any management staff.

It's my first working company . Tamil Nadu commercial tax (site engineer). Very worst experience . Managers not respond properly. Even I don't get payslip 2 years. They don't may for me PF number (account). My travel allowance food allowance didn't get 1Rs. Totally waste for me.

Every thing bad. Bad experience
