My internship at Zidio Development has been an incredible and enriching experience. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by a team that’s not only highly skilled but also genuinely collaborative and approachable. The opportunity to work on real-world, full-stack projects allowed me to apply my knowledge and enhance my practical skills in a meaningful way. I truly appreciated the chance to dive deep into modern technologies like React, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and Tailwind CSS, while also learning industry best practices like JWT authentication and CI/CD pipelines. The flexible, remote work culture made it easy to manage my time efficiently, and the mentorship I received helped me improve my problem-solving, teamwork, and Agile project management abilities. Honestly, there’s nothing I’d change about this experience. Every day brought new learning opportunities, and the environment at Zidio Development fostered both professional growth and creativity. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and would highly recommend this internship to anyone looking to gain hands-on, industry-relevant experience.

I want to ask questions like , can somebody explain whether it is scam or real , because I got the opportunity without doing any interviews , even no phone calls , well let think that they hire me because of resume shortlisted but it make no sense , additionally can somebody explain how much they are asking from web development Intern employees , it's a fact that good companies never take money from interns or employees. Could somebody please give a response like there are so many scams everywhere, by giving feedbacks you can save others.

Dislikes

Misguidance: An instructor assured me that I would not lose marks for a specific component. However, he failed to share a crucial video required for this component. Result Impact: Due to the missing video, I received a zero score for this component, which directly impacted my stipend eligibility. My total score fell below the required 70%. Unresponsive Support: Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this issue, including sharing screenshots and evidence, I have encountered rude and dismissive responses. It has been over 15 days, and no corrective action has been taken. This situation reflects serious negligence and a lack of professionalism. I request immediate action to rectify this injustice and ensure fair handling of my case.
