Zf local management maintain policy was not good, create their own format for promotion and manpower requirements and Salary benefits just bypass the corporate policy and shown them fake data.. for maintaining

I get good Salary only. Amazing layout & environment.

Nearly 10 yrs worked in this company still no growth in my next level. They're expected communications only like English skills. They won't want knowledge. So still working the same role.

...employees. Learning and skill development is zero. Only they Looking for output. No skill development also no growth in salary and also career. Job security is the only positive side I can see.

There is no work life balance, leaves are very less and also it's different for white collar and Blue collar. For white collar job it's better company.

Good environment and clean and as a staff level job salary massive and more benefits flexible timing....

As a JMC and training people salary and work very hard promotion given for having a recommendation... Shift work 24*7 working so no Sunday week off....food also average....

Good place to work, because they are very strict about peoples SAFETY, There are providing refreshment and skill development session which helps to recall and enhancing our knowledge.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance in JET's role.
