...joined Maintenance Trainee in Rane NSK. good term and you can acquire knowledge. ( I have worked for 3 mounths after i joined higher studies ) The salary for freshers is 10000 to 13000 per month.

...complicated process. There will be hand to mouth suitation for every assignment. Work load is high whereas salary is an average

Everything is perfect on their,discipline,good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I Love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. and this company has a TQM based company, I am very proudly said I am also one of the part of winning the TQM award of Deming prize & JQM award.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend managers calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

...mt as apprentice in CNC machining.but the atmosphere is horrible and depressing. We even don't pay well. Hard job and low salary.

Dislikes

Hard job. Heavy pressure. They will give you a century old improperly maintained CNC machine and tell you to put target production.they nagging always by tell you like you will be fired if you don't put production. Like that. Not paid well. Sometimes compulsory 8 hrs overtime. Total 16 hours job. And also you have to come to job on next day shift.
