1. No work life balance. It all depends on project assigned to an employee but on an average it has long working hours with no extra benefits. 2. Although increment is twice a year but it depends on your rating and if it's not good then this increment does not mean anything. By any means if the rating is not good but you actually worked hard you'll be getting baseless reasons to justify it. 3. Flexibility is not there in terms of learning and working on new technologies

If you are a fresher, you can learn lot of things at Zeus. Salary is quite good as compared to other companies in market.

Dislikes

Deadlines given by managers are too aggressive. We need to work late to meet those deadlines and it does not even get appreciated.

.... There is no work life balance if we have to come 3 days a week in Mumbai City. Company assumes that all the employees are getting their salary to spend whole on rent, they don't need any other things. They assumes, all employees lives near Peninsula Business Park, lower Parel. They don't care if you come from far or nearby. I think company should think of opening 2nd branch in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to consider their Gujarat based Employees.
