Felt responsibility in executing project works. Zetwerk is trying to change the work culture of HO people in construction work as of IT companies. HR department have best people in entire Zetwerk. I am having some family issues and bound to stay in Chandigarh. If Zetwerk is thinking about opening a RO office in Delhi or in Chandigarh. I will Join Zetwerk without any second thought. Zetwerk provides best workplace environment, as for me.

...rk done less than at Rs. 300 per cum. But our sales team quoted Rs. 180 per cum. If that order got finalized who will be going to pay extra burden of 30 crores. Main issue is lying there.

I really like the salary on time policy and the culture of the work place.

Dislikes

I disliked the selection process and promotion process. Employees are selected through 3rd party and there are many ones with higher experience being paid less and kept in 3rd party.

Zetwerk culture is very good, Hr behaviour and salary it looks awesome, Upper management is very good but at site conditions not perfect

Quality of staff not available and some discussing staff very bad behaviour of company culture that the reason company goes to downward direction at site level

All bu heads are highly Corrupted , cheating company, eating money and fooling investors. Company is not making any profit, investors are fooled. In 2-3 years company will become bankrupt as it is not making any profit and all are eating money. Introvert company promoting only close to founder or from employees who are from itc. What ever do no job security as all wolves est together if someone questions he will attacked. Even founders don't have business sence and knowledge.
