1) HR's( Not Recruiter's)Don't Even Know the Meaning of Employer Contribution. 2) Salary will Not paid on Time. 3) If you are in any project on completion of project you need to report to office immediately, if not you will treated as on leave. 4) There is a service agreement and cheque is mandatory to present( if you are really willing to present then you should join. 5) Your Salary will not be same if your project got completed then your salary will come to normally as per the probation period ( Eg. If your in Project then Salary will be Rs.50000 and After Completion of Project it will be Rs.20000) which is agreed During training. 6) Training Session are good, Provided Based on the Mentor, you Get. 7) They only give Value only when there is project. 8) Toxic Management. . . . My Final Conclusion is Don't Join Unless your are mentally prepared for it..(above is my personal Experience)

All things, first they hire you as a any post then start their training after training they kept you waiting only by saying improve resume then after not getting any client they keep you on bench without paying any thing and then they send you home by saying improve communication, and then asked for offer letter of your next company.

Really nice to work with this organisation . This organisation having good work environment and culture . The colleagues are cooprative . I have awasome expirence with this organisation. Mostly i have an interaction with Abhishek and Seetharam they both are very much cooperative . They help in all the way . Eventually , I feel very greatful to work with this organisation .
