Lala company h , no security of salary, no job security , they will fire you any time , , they will hire you for 8 hours and worked for 15/16 hours , no work culture no standard , low class management and all management and manager are illiterate.

Overtime work without pay. Can call anytime for work even on sundays and holidays. They make thier own rules gor holidays.

Worst company, there no timing limitations. Manager will treat you like slave. They will hire you for 8 hours but you have to work there more than 15-16 hours without giving ot. HR Department are listing only senior suggestion not verifying ground report.You are not allow to take leave even in emergency, if go forcefully then your job is not secure. Please don't join there if you want to balance your family & mental piece.even you want to join then before joining please discuss once with them whoever working there then decide.

Lala company hai logo ka future kharab kr rhi hai, 2 mahine ke liye joining krati hai fir nikal deti hai. Eska HR bhut bekar hai hr bat ego pe le jata hai or nikal deta hai
