I am quite satisfied with this company and work culture. Provides enough opportunities to employees for growth. Management is quite flexible and gives appropriate responsibilities with authorities.

I initially love their friendly work environment. They behaved very caring and helped with study materials. Those helped to enhance my writing capacity and I worked on multiple niches like food, travel, fashion (luxury jewellery + clothing and more), health and wellness. As it's a coupon based company most of our clients were from Middle eastern and GCC countries. We used to work on Amazon KSA, Amazon PH, Pizza Hut PH, Damas Jewellery etc store long description.

They won't provide you any specific information about everyday word count. You may have to write more than 3000+ words daily. That's what I did. If I didn't reached that quita HR used to talk in a very foul manner. I lost my father in November, 2022.After that their behavior got colder. They started to complain my content isn't up to the mark anymore and I am making more and more mistakes. Even at first I was unsure about whether their is something wrong with my content. I pushed myself very hard to reach the target. Although they set very unreasonable monthly target. I did gave my best to achieve that but I failed even after working overtime. Lastly, they stopped giving me any feedbacks. If they maintained a proper communication with me some specific people who literary forced me to resign couldn't mold my decision so easily. Those colleagues repeatedly told me about how Zesro won't make me a permanent employee, and how they may let go of me without any salaries or receiving letters. I can easily mention their name, I can even bad-mouth those 3 employees on LinkedIn.I trusted them and they used me and broke my trust. When I resigned on February,2023 gave didn't even accepted or processed my resignation letter, and gave no salary.

I am happy with my lead and the support from the management. They are good and encourage you to learn and do best. Friendly working environment and very good company to work.
