Main revenue is coming from qatar market, so technical roles are ok to join, but from india sales perspective they haven't done much . for sales roles for india, think before joining.

working for 8 years and learnt so much new practically every day. Growth is noticed and rewarded for the deserving. Not seen anyone being asked to leave since non-performing employees are given other roles as long as they are no major digressions.

Just one word for this that worst company for working, when u join u will feel like your are in a school where a principal will always create fear in your mind and a ring master have stick in his hand and you are like a pet tiger. No definite set of policies for employees, policy can be changes any time. you can't plan any holidays, you could be called any time. No fixed timing for working hours. you must come on time but can't leave on time. Rude behavior of management with employees.
