zerone is a very employee friendly organisation. the work life balance is extremely good as the fixed offs are proper offs and no need to stress out about work. The management is also very accessible for a low level employee which ensures the unity as an organisation. A company culture is very much celebrated at zerone and they keep up the spirit of that along with work.

Dislikes

1. The pay they offer is less and the appraisal system is useless. 2. cannot complain much about the pay because they offer very less work also. Skill enhancement is not required as new and complex tasks are not available which limits ones capabilities.

Friendly and Supportive Team Members Salary will be credited on time WFH during pandemic.. and they will send gifts during wfh time ;) Conducts games and events for employees

No Work life Balance...Too Hectic Work Load.. Strict Work Logging and related rules.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is poor and career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Huge work pressure with no support.
