There's so much, if the management doesn't like you for any reason whatso ever, be it even non-professional, you're as good as done. You'll be promised a lot of things in the beginning, but the management more often than not will only make any attempt to fulfill them for those they like consistently, so sucking up is the core and most important key skill. Else you could be the top performer one day and still be told that your performance isn't up to the mark the next and asked to leave. Btw, it doesn't matter what it says on your onboarding documents, what you'll be asked to do will be well above and beyond your job description, without additional payment. It's a proper Laala company, at least during the time I was there and in my own personal experience.

But there is no work life balance they have updated our working hours from 8 hours to 10 hours and our lunch break has been reduced by 30 min and don't forget about skill development that's 0 . Even after if you arebworking for them 4 years you will not get any experience letter or real experience . If they fired you you will not receive any notice period but you have to leave your job you have to inform them 45 days before leaving bull shit . Worst company I ever work with .
