The opportunity provided to the people who are not able to start their carrier anywhere. They might be lack of intelligence or might be less smart to get through big brands. Zephyr is good platform to start and get the opportunity to grow the skills.

New employees in this company is basically under paid and salary never ever comes on time. Time Line really doesn't matter for them as they never full fill it. Some of the people I know did not get their full and final even after four years.
