New employees in this company is basically under paid and salary never ever comes on time. Time Line really doesn't matter for them as they never full fill it. Some of the people I know did not get their full and final even after four years.

Nothing like in this organization.since he offered very poor salary in telecom industry.and HR department of company is ridiculous.

Given below 1. Salary I got in this organization is 8000/- per month with 24 hours job. 2. No increment I got in 17 months. 3. HR department behavior is very hampered.

I have ever seen that there management was perfect and system knows that how to work with any customer compny. About problems and how to resolve as soon as possible.
