Time tracking Constant nagging from management Filling GPTW certification twice since they didn't get a good score 5 days a week office no matter what If you leave from office in time(not late) you will be called unproductive they want to see people around till 10pm.

Drawback 1: No HR will be there to manage policies Even we ask for updates we will get a reply when HR is there checking with management will update you or let you know Drawback 2: till i relieving organization doesn't have PF Drawback 3: no good work culture not organised or streamlined or not process oriented Drawback 4: always one man army management only they decided we do No ideas accepted, whatever they want to decide that's in rude way of talking with team infront of everyone disrespect Drawback 5: No leave approved even it's required Drawback 6 Highly worst: if employee resigned they are the first enemy to organization They treat like playing with him worst jokes Heavy work load long working hours to work Drawback 7: No proper hikes no one will take care until we bargain Drawback 8: No proper relieving No one will take care in ur last working day except colleagues, management will not atleast talk or recognise or tell team about ur last working day, cheap people Drawback 9: no proper calls schedule with team, no teams are organised Drawback 10: They will not support for WFH if your not well or some emergency ask us for to do work or take leave If you join you will no more sankranti, they will not give any leave entire weekend have to work in Jan we have to work entire month including Saturday and Sunday Every time work work simple they say seasonal work ever continue thing

No work life balance. No proper appreciation for efforts. Partiality shown towards certain individuals. No company policy is followed.

Everything. Nothing is perfect in this company. Monday to Friday work from office, Saturday and Sunday work from home. They ask to work for 14-15 hours every day throughout the year.
