The Director of this company dont know how to run the startup company.when employee complete the work,they can fire at any time without any notice or time to search a new job,when you want to leave the probation period,the company dont give the experience letter or releiving letter,please dont join this company to avoid the spoil the carrer.only 5 employee in this company in software development.they dont how to work ,no project flow,no work. only play politics,spoil the career of the company.The HOD of this company dont know how to run the company & no technical technology ,no work life balance ,no job security they can hire or fire the employee at any time.no work enviroment 4 lady ke bhaorse software developmemt ..which is spoil your career play politics .no training giving they hire freshers & give project to work on it.how to work it & how much time to taken to complete the work .they dont know,the company give the only 1 day to complete the task.

no work life , hire & fire immediately no technical skills,play politics salary are not given at time,the managing director,HOD,HR dont know how to talk with employees ,they treated as a labour.
