The company is based on electrical turnkey project,so lots of things are to learn everyday.

Dislikes

Company salary is too low as per experience and growth is slow.The work pressure is too much high as i have to handle two projects and i have to work 14 hours in a day with night duty also.Managing director is very rude and loose temperament every time.Politics is high in between employees. But the problem is with the owner of the company. Owner of the company mind operates by 2person present in the company. Owner of the company is psycho.
