Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing. Not fit for young generation who wishes to make career.

Everything There is nothing to be liked A lot a politics by the good for nothing old people just warming the chairs and are been given salary just to dance on the tunes of someone who’s not capable of understanding what employees want. Caompany times are 12 hours for everyone and while audits it is shown just 8 hours.
