There is nothing to like about Zenith company.

Waste of time company. To begin with, this reputated company, but even a simple worker has to go up to the top floor to eat food, after climbing five floors, secondly, the salary is paid in cash, so the management is very bad in this company. The people in the staff do not get in PF and salary no account but get in cash which means the management is very bad, the management is very thieving. A company is created where no one wants to work there.. The plight of common workers will be revealed today or tomorrow.

Salary not given on time and when they decide to terminate they just do like not at all concerned with employee position. Not even given salary and even threatened to suit case in court . Very cruel attitude.

Different types of products. You will get to know about different types of rubber types and products

... Company is handled by only 2-3 people who know nothing about rubber technology. No fix date for paying salary, most of the times salary is paid on or after 7th and sometimes even after the 10th. Some managers use very foul language and the top management supports them. They need people to join them immediately but will expect 3 months notice period from you. If you are planning to leave I suggest you leave immediately after salary is credited, no point in waiting. They will not give u salary for remaining days. No facilities at all, no insurance for employees no canteen facilities. Although the owner is good and ready to invest in the company, the company is spoiled by a few of them.

Only gathering experience how to handle the work.

There is no future on this company because there is no growth, compensation, benefits. There is no life for mechanical engineer. It was just a job for machine operator.
